Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedules accordingly.
Billable Cancellation:
If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled time, it will be considered a "billable cancellation." In this case, we reserve the right to invoice you for an administrative fee of $40. We send out SMS reminders 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment to help you remember and plan accordingly. Please be sure to respond to this reminder promptly. If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment within 48 hours (2 days) of the appointment and can reschedule for another time within the same week as the original appointment, the billable cancellation fee may be waived.
Rescheduling Terms:
To qualify for the waiver, the rescheduled appointment must take place within the same calendar week as the original appointment, subject to availability.
If you choose to reschedule outside the same week or if no suitable appointments are available, the billable cancellation fee will apply.
Appointment Not Provided:
If, for any reason, we are unable to provide the scheduled service, you will be offered to reschedule the appointment at your convenience.
Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to address any issues and find a suitable resolution.
Billing Errors: If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and make any necessary adjustments.

Wags to Wellness is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information. Wags to Wellness will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
