Terms and conditions

At Wags to Wellness, your satisfaction and the well-being of your canine companion are our top priorities. We strive to provide the best possible service, and we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes affect your appointments. Please take a moment to review our Return and Refund Policy.


Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedules accordingly.


Billable Cancellation:

If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled time, it will be considered a "billable cancellation." In this case, we reserve the right to invoice you for an administrative fee of $40. We send out SMS reminders 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled appointment to help you remember and plan accordingly. Please be sure to respond to this reminder promptly. If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment within 48 hours (2 days) of the appointment and can reschedule for another time within the same week as the original appointment, the billable cancellation fee may be waived.


Rescheduling Terms:

To qualify for the waiver, the rescheduled appointment must take place within the same calendar week as the original appointment, subject to availability.

If you choose to reschedule outside the same week or if no suitable appointments are available, the billable cancellation fee will apply.


Appointment Not Provided: 

If, for any reason, we are unable to provide the scheduled service, you will be offered to reschedule the appointment at your convenience.


Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to address any issues and find a suitable resolution.


Billing Errors: If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and make any necessary adjustments.

PRIVACY POLICY

Wags to Wellness is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing. When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Wags to Wellness will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.


Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.

Waiver and Release of Liability Policy

I, the undersigned client, understand and acknowledge the following:


- That canine remedial massage and rehabilitation solutions provided by Wags to Wellness involve inherent risks. I voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with the services provided to my canine companion by Wags to Wellness, including but not limited to any potential physical, emotional, or psychological changes or reactions.


- Release of Liability: I release Wags to Wellness, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for any injury, loss, damage, or illness that may occur as a result of the services provided, including but not limited to any negligence or fault of Wags to Wellness or its staff.


- Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold Wags to Wellness harmless against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from any injury, loss, damage, or illness related to the services provided.


- Emergency Medical Care: In the event of an emergency or if deemed necessary, I authorize Wags to Wellness to seek emergency medical care or treatment for my dog. I will be responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.


- Use of Videos and Photos: I give consent for Wags to Wellness to take videos and photos of my canine patient during the course of the services. I understand that these may be used for promotional and educational purposes, including posting on social media and the Wags to Wellness website. I waive any claims or rights to compensation in connection with the use of these images and videos.


- Compliance with Policies: I agree to comply with all the policies and instructions provided by Wags to Wellness and its staff, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, payments, and any specific care instructions for my dog.


I have read and fully understand the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability, and I agree to be bound by its terms. I acknowledge that this agreement is voluntary and that I sign it with full awareness of its legal consequences.
